nice stay
fabulous food good facilities fine view
The food was fabulous. the resort facilities are all good. The bird feeding experience was special. i had a room with a fine beach view. It was amazing. my kid enjoyed cycling, the kids' play zone, and the pool. The activities were a treat.
the wifi signal in my room was not very strong. the signal worked better near the reception area. this made it difficult to work from my room efficiently.

the buffet spread was huge and delicious. high tea includes added activities. the service was quick. i recommend sampling the chiai masala, it was delicious.

The swimming pool was huge and clean. there is a kids' play zone for younger guests. activities like bird petting were available. there is a beautiful auditorium, and it is properly lit. The hotel is quite big.

delayed service buffet delay
i was disappointed. the room service took forever to arrive (and i was starving!). also, the buffet dinner was significantly delayed, frustrating after a long day. i expected better timing and service from a place like this.

staff politeness breakfast spread beach access bad road narrow door unpleasant odors
the staff's constant politeness really stood out to me. they were attentive to every need i had. the breakfast spread was diverse, and i enjoyed a lot of options each morning. the location offered direct access to the beach, a really romantic escape.
the road leading to the hotel was not good. i worried a lot about my car getting damaged. the bathroom door in my room was too narrow. it was hard to close it. the odors outside the room were not pleasant at all
